AVR development

AVR is a family of 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers developed by Atmel (now part of Microchip). They are programmable ICs that let you control LEDs, motors, sensors, displays, and communication interfaces. AVR Development typically refers to the tools, boards, and software used to program and test AVR microcontrollers, like the popular ATmega328P (used in Arduino Uno).
